WINDOWS AND DOORS IN A CONSERVATORY

We offer a comprehensive range of window and door designs for your conservatory, orangery or sunroom.

DOORS

A conservatory is a living space; most people start out wanting lots of doors. But doors cost more than windows and over time we have found that too many doors actually restrict how you arrange your room and most of time the additional doors are not used.

We can advise you on what experience has shown is the best number of doors and where they would be best positioned.

TILT-SLIDE DOORS

These are by far our most popular doors for conservatories. They can be opened like a door or tilted like a window to help with ventilation. Our componentry is precisely engineered so that they are superbly balanced ensuring that operation is effortless.

BIFOLD DOORS

Bi-fold doors are also a popular choice as they open up the conservatory in an elegant and efficient way. A bi-fold door allows the widest opening of all our doors. Thermadura timber bi-fold doors open outwards. This places the opened doors on the outside; the stacked sashes do not take up room on the inside.

FRENCH DOORS

French doors with one or two opening sashes are also lovely a conservatory. The outward opening mechanism again saves room on the inside and there is only a small step at the bottom.

Tilt and turn windows open both ways and can be used for secure ventilation in a conservatory

LIFT-SLIDE DOORS

The lift & slide door allows wide openings and a very easy operation. The robust construction of the doors makes them almost maintenance free. Lift & slide doors save space in a conservatory as they run within the frame of the conservatory. Don’t worry about the “Lift” factor; they are not heavy to open! The componentry takes all the weight, they glide effortlessly.
